Located in Frisco, TX, I operate out of my home, under the Texas Cottage Food Law. I am not permitted to ship.

Customized orders are my specialty. We can work with inspiration you have found, or I can offer suggestions. I have transitioned over to Royal Icing to achieve a cleaner and more professional look. I have discovered that the flavor is all about the dough.

No minimums, no limit on quantity. I am flexible, and can offer suggestions for your budget and parameters.

Cookies are almond vanilla, using the highest quality ingredients. I use almond paste in my dough. I also offer chocolate, nut-free vanilla, or gluten-friendly in any flavor. I am gluten sensitive myself, so I have created a recipe that I think tastes great, without skimping on flavor or texture. Please note, my kitchen is not gluten-free or nut-free. I will begin the order with sanitized equipment, and ensure the order is not cross-contaminated.

About Me

 

One day I decided that this is what I really want to do. It combines my two favorite hobbies; art and cooking.

My name is Kerstyn Lott and I was raised in San Diego, and have a degree in Art. I married a Dallas native, and we have raised two teen-aged kids here. I have been making Christmas cookies since I was little. My sister and I helped my mo make decorated cookies for her annual cookie exchange at work. My mom is an artist, so we had to up our cookie game at a young age! I didn’t realize that decorated cookies were a whole industry until 2017.

I began my business as a Glaze cookier, because my mom’s glazed cookies taste so good! After all, a cookie should taste as good as it looks. Many batches later, and after extensive research, I have transitioned over to a royal icing recipe that still has the same creamy bite that glazed cookies have. So yummy! I use buttercream for my floral cookies. It is firm enough to be packaged when it dries. My cookies are a traditional sugar cookie texture with a little crunch to it. The icing is not hard and crunchy, it is creamy and smooth.
